ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Department of Computer Engineering at TJS Polytechnic College is dedicated to transforming rural talent into industry-ready professionals. Our students consistently secure top university seats in TNEA counselling, proving the strength of our academic training.
We offer one computer per student, air-conditioned labs, high-speed 100 Mbps internet, Wi-Fi-enabled campus, and a 20 kW UPS backup to ensure uninterrupted learning.
To bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications, we arrange industrial visits every semester and final semester educational tours to other states to explore leading industries. Students also gain internship opportunities in top companies, ensuring they graduate with practical skills and professional exposure. Our focus on personalized mentoring, cutting-edge labs, and industry collaborations has helped produce state rank holders and highly employable diploma graduates.
