About the Chairman:
According to our Chairman “Education is a holistic Process”
Mr T.J.Govindarajan B.A., a distinguished Administrator and the founder of
the T.J.S.Polytechnic College, who has been rendering yeomen service to the society
in various aspects. He has held several positions in the society and a Chairman in his
Parent Institution of this Engineering and Polytechnic College, which was established
in 2009 & 2010 . This was a cherished dream of the Chairman. His Brothers
Mr.T.J.Arumugam and Mr.T.J.Desamuthu have been proud trend setters in providing
an enhanced and enriched ambience for quality education. Our Chairman has offered
scholarship in the very first year itself for a total number of 200 and free education
for 20 students and he is still striving to uplift the students in all aspects by providing
good education.
ACADEMICS : This College not only provides its students with a vibrant education program,but also an academically challenging environment so as to foster intellectual curiosity and a sense of responsibility. Apart from education ,Physical Training, Yoga and Co-Curricular activities are conducted.
TEACHING FACULTY: T.J.S. has the best learning environment with excellent physical infrastructure and top human capital. Our dedicated staff inspire our students to achieve the highest academic standards while focusing on the needs of the individual.
WORK SHOPS :
Workshops help students to achieve an integrated approach to education and
provide them information on Innovative Methods. Students are trained with a
Motivation Programme before their exam and a Placement Training Programme is
conducted to improve their professional skills.
FIELD TRIPS :
Our college student are taken for Industrial Visits to various concerns which
enables them to comply with all norms and cope with global requirements.
SPORTS :
Our college students participated in the State level Volley Ball, Ball
Badminton, Cricket and won championship in the year 2011 and 2012.
